  • Understanding the needs of potential clients to provide tailor-made solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to create targeted marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.

  • Guide clients through the incorporation process.
  • Collect and review client information and documents.
  • Prepare and file required documents with government agencies for compliance.
  • Monitor and track incorporation applications.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Semi-Qualified CS, Semi-Qualified CA with completed internship.
  • Understanding of legal and compliance requirements for business incorporation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho Projects, and other relevant software.

Location: Noida/Bangalore/Faridabad

Brief Description: Onsite, 2-7yrs exp, Immediate Joiner, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial accounting and bookkeeping for multiple startup clients.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist in financial reporting and implementing accounting policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Zoho, and Payroll software.
  • Knowledge of TDS/GST/PF & ESI.

Location: Noida/Bangalore

Brief Description: Onsite, +2yrs exp, Immediate Joiner, Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle corporate governance, fundraising, and ROC filings.
